Sandes wins Sahara Desert Race

Ryan Sandes recently retured to SA after completing the 6-day 250km Sahara Desert Race - winning every stage – in 27 hours and 17mins. He finished 3hours ahead of the second placed competitor, Dean Karnazes.

Sandes also won every stage of the Gobi Desert race, which took place in June this year.
