KL Open winner plays with AshawayAshaway-sponsored Natalie Grainger beat Nicol David to win the KL Open Women’s Championship, thus ending David’s 68 match winning streak, which dates back to October 2007. Grainger plays with the Ashaway SuperNick XL Micro 18 gauge string, Harrow frame and in the Ashaway AMPS 301 shoes.
Ong Beng Hee lost in the semi finals of the KL Open to Ardian Grant. Ong uses the Ashaway PowerNick 18 gauge squash string in a Dunlop frame. Peter Barker went on to beat Grant in the finals.
