Hi-Tec sponsors Life College

Life College in South Africa offers Character Education, Real Life Projects and Leadership Education to individuals and families. Hi-Tec is proud to be associated with this project that has had a life changing effect on these teenager’s lives.

A group of students from Life College in Soweto and Eldorado Park climbed Mount Kilimanjaro this March. The expedition, Summit My Kilimanjaro, is the biggest student entrepreneurship project run by Life College to date. The group was lead by Sean Wisedale, the first South African to climb all Seven Summits. Hi-Tec was the gear sponsor for this exciting expedition.

What is so remarkable about this story is that these students are 18-21 years of age and they have been planning this trip for the last two years, these teenagers also arranged all the funding and sponsorship on their own. 7 out of the 8 students made it up the mountain. Hi-Tec is proud to be associated with this project that has had a life changing effect on these teenager’s lives.
