The Thule connection

Thule SA recently played host to importers and distributors of Thule racks and boxes from Russia, Israel and Dubai, as well as the principals from Sweden at their international sales conference in Cape Town. The Swedish company, which rewrote the handbooks on cycling, outdoor, watersport, etc. transport solutions with their ‘roofbox’ ranges, have a strong link to SA. Not only is Richard Downey’s DBS Distributing company generating good sales for them, but CEO Anders Pettersson owns property in the Western Cape.
