Adidas and Wal-Mart settleAdidas and Wal-Mart have settled their 3-year-old trademark infringement fight. Both companies have agreed to dismiss the suit. This case was over Wal-Mart’s selling footwear with two stripes. In 2002, adidas sued Wal-Mart over the sale of footwear with four stripes. Currently, adidas has at least seven patent and trademark infringement suits pending.
